Counselling is a safe space where you can talk through your thoughts, feelings, experiences and concerns, free from judgement with a trained therapist. For some, this is in a therapy room and for others this can be outdoors. You choose the space to suit you.
Counselling focuses on helping people to heal and re-energise. To become aware of personal strengths and also the barriers that may be holding you back. Together we work on how you can move forward with new knowledge and skills to live a more authentic and meaningful life going forward.
Counselling is a process of being there for you every step of the way, working together collaboratively wherever that journey takes you. To help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be.
